Helicopter Spins Uncontrollably into Palm Fronds at Frequented California Shoreline
A helicopter flying over a popular coastal shoreline unexpectedly commenced twirling uncontrollably, eventually dropping height and crashing into a row of palm fronds as spectators looked on.
Footage uploaded online show the aircraft commencing to spiral over the shoreline then plunging near the edge of the beach, where it becomes wedged between palms and a set of stairs close to the Pacific Coast highway.

The Huntington Beach fire department said five persons were rushed to the hospital comprising two who were in the helicopter and were “extracted safely from the crash site” subsequent to the accident on that day.
Three individuals on the pavement were injured. Information on their injuries were not immediately available.
What led to the incident was still under investigation.
